PlainLock 是一個螢幕使用時間自律工具。你在 App 內建立的所有規則與設定，只儲存在你自己裝置上的本機容器中，不會上傳到任何伺服器。

• 不連網：本 App 不發出任何網路請求，沒有帳號系統、沒有雲端同步。
• 不追蹤：沒有任何分析工具（analytics）、廣告 SDK 或第三方程式庫。
• 螢幕使用時間權限：App 使用 Apple 的螢幕使用時間框架（Family Controls / Screen Time API）執行你自己設定的封鎖規則。依 Apple 的設計，App 透過此框架取得的任何裝置或使用資訊，只能用於提供你本人的裝置管理功能；PlainLock 亦無從得知你選擇了哪些 App（Apple 提供的是不透明代碼，App 看不到 App 名稱）。
• 刪除資料：刪除 App 即刪除全部資料。

PlainLock does not collect, store, or transmit any of your data. All rules and settings you create are stored locally on your device only. The app makes no network requests, contains no analytics or third-party SDKs, and has no account system. It uses Apple's Screen Time framework (Family Controls) solely to enforce the restrictions you configure for yourself; per Apple's design, apps receive opaque tokens and cannot see which apps you selected.
